Empowering Women Investors to Shape the Future of European Tech with the Evangelistas

At the Evangelistas, we believe in the transformative power of women investors and their ability to shape the future of entrepreneurship. Since our founding in 2019, we have been on a mission to create a thriving community of female angel investors who are committed to fostering diversity, driving innovation, and empowering the next generation of tech founders across Europe.
In an industry often seen as opaque and dominated by men, Evangelistas is proud to be leading the charge in redefining what it means to invest in the future—through the lens of women, collaboration, democratized access, inclusivity, and the belief that diversity drives innovation.
A Community Built on Empowerment
Evangelistas is more than just an angel investing network; it’s a vibrant, supportive community of over 350 experienced female investors from across Europe. Our members share a common goal: to diversify the cap tables of early-stage startups and empower diverse founders with the capital and resources they need to succeed.
Why is this important?
Diverse teams and founders have been proven to drive even greater innovation, better decision-making, and higher financial returns. Yet, women and other groups are still underrepresented in the startup ecosystem, both as founders and investors. Evangelistas is changing that by ensuring that women have not only a seat at the table but the tools, resources, and support they need to lead and succeed.
The Super Angel Program: Elevating Women Investors
One of our most exciting initiatives in 2024, the Super Angel Program, launched this October with the aim to elevate women founders and senior operators into angel investing by providing them with the resources, insights, and networking opportunities to thrive. Through high-value content, pre-qualified deal flow, and access to an exclusive network of leading investors, the Super Angel Program is designed to create a ripple effect of impact across the European tech ecosystem.
By empowering women to take on leading roles in investing, we are building momentum that not only supports the companies we invest in but accelerates the growth of a more inclusive and innovative startup landscape.
Collaboration and Connection: The Heart of Evangelistas
At Evangelistas, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Through our Slack community, members share deal flow, investment insights, and valuable resources. This exchange of knowledge is vital to helping one another succeed and ensuring that the next generation of entrepreneurs and investors has a solid support system to lean on.
We also host regular events and networking sessions, both virtual and in-person, to create meaningful connections and foster collaborations. Whether it's a fireside chat with a successful founder, a deep dive into the latest investment trends, or a casual meet-up with fellow investors, our events provide a platform for women to share, learn, and build deal track together.
A Platform for Founders
For founders, Evangelistas offers a unique opportunity to connect with a group of experienced investors who bring more than just capital to the table. By sharing your pitch deck with us, you gain access to a diverse pool of female angel investors who understand the challenges faced by early-stage startups and are passionate about supporting innovative businesses led by diverse founders.
We’re not just looking to fund companies—we’re looking to build long-term partnerships with founders who are shaping the future. Through our network, resources, and collective expertise, Evangelistas is committed to creating an ecosystem where both entrepreneurs and investors can thrive.
A Statement from Julia Dous, Co-Founder of Evangelistas
At the heart of Evangelistas is our co-founder, Julia Dous, whose vision for a more inclusive and equitable ecosystem drives everything we do.
Julia believes in the power of women investors and the critical role they play in the ever changing and maturing European tech landscape.

By empowering women to step into angel investing and elevate one another, we’re reshaping the startup landscape and sending a powerful message: diversity drives innovation, and collaboration creates lasting impact. The Evangelistas is about building a legacy where women not only have a seat at the table, but truly own it—empowered with the access, insights, and tools to succeed.”

Super Angel Program 2026
Early capital shapes Europe by determining who gets to build, what gets built, and who owns the upside — and ownership at pre-seed compounds financially, structurally, and culturally. Evangelistas is building the ownership layer behind Europe’s next generation of companies by equipping experienced women angels with structured conviction, disciplined portfolio strategy, and stronger co-investment networks through Super Angel Program 2026. This 10-week deployment engine (March–May 2026) is designed to widen access at the earliest stage so more exceptional women shape Europe’s cap tables from day one. Featuring Roxanne Varza, Laura Modiano, Fritzi Reuter, Chanyu Xu and Evangelistas co-founder Julia Dous.
